Membership Agreement 

The Money Tree Community LLC Last Updated: April 22, 2026 

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the private members‑only platform, dashboard, alerts, evaluations, and related services (“Member Services”) provided by The Money Tree Community LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 

By accessing the Member Services, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclosure. 

If you do not agree, do not access the Member Services.

1. Purpose of Membership 

Membership provides access to: 

  • strategy‑based alerts 

  • dashboards and tools 

  • educational materials 

  • member evaluations 

  • community resources 

Membership is for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice or personalized recommendations. 

2. Member Responsibilities 

As a member, you agree to: 

  • maintain accurate account information 

  • keep your login credentials secure 

  • use the Member Services for personal use only 

  • comply with all policies and rules 

  • respect the privacy and experience of other members 

You are responsible for all activity under your account. 

3. Prohibited Conduct 

You may not: 

  • share alerts, screenshots, or member‑only content 

  • resell, redistribute, or republish any content 

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works 

  • allow others to access your account 

  • attempt to bypass security or platform controls 

  • engage in abusive, disruptive, or harmful behavior 

  • use the Member Services for illegal or unethical purposes 

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund. 

4. Alerts & Platform Behavior 

You understand and agree that: 

  • alerts may be delayed or may fail to deliver 

  • dashboards may experience downtime 

  • data may be incomplete or inaccurate 

  • no alert or strategy is guaranteed 

  • you are solely responsible for your trading decisions 

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or performance. 

5. Evaluations & Member Progress 

If your membership includes evaluations: 

  • evaluations are for educational and developmental purposes 

  • results do not represent trading ability, profitability, or suitability 

  • we may modify evaluation criteria at any time 

  • we may revoke evaluation access for misuse or dishonesty 

Evaluation results are not endorsements. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All Member Services content — including alerts, dashboards, research, videos, text, graphics, and strategy descriptions — is the exclusive property of The Money Tree Community LLC. 

You may not: 

  • copy 

  • distribute 

  • publish 

  • resell 

  • or create derivative works without our written permission. 

7. Confidentiality 

You agree to keep all members‑only content confidential, including: 

  • alerts 

  • dashboards 

  • strategy explanations 

  • evaluation materials 

  • internal communications 

Sharing or leaking content is grounds for immediate termination. 

8. Termination of Membership 

We may suspend or terminate your membership if: 

  • you violate this Agreement 

  • you violate the Terms of Service 

  • you misuse or share content 

  • your payment fails 

  • you engage in abusive or harmful behavior 

Termination does not entitle you to a refund. 

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. 

9. No Guarantees 

You acknowledge and agree that: 

  • trading involves risk 

  • past performance does not guarantee future results 

  • we do not guarantee profits or outcomes 

  • we are not liable for losses or missed alerts 

You assume full responsibility for your decisions. 

10. Modifications 

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the platform. 

Continued use of the Member Services means you accept the updated Agreement.
