3. Membership & Billing

3.2 Billing 

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. 

3.3 Renewals 

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. 

3.4 Refunds 

All payments are non‑refundable, including: 

  • partial months 

  • unused time 

  • missed alerts 

  • member inactivity 

3.5 Failed Payments 

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is resolved. 

4. Acceptable Use 

You agree not to: 

  • share alerts, screenshots, or member‑only content 

  • resell or redistribute our content 

  • copy, modify, or publish our materials 

  • use the Services for illegal or abusive behavior 

  • attempt to reverse‑engineer or disrupt the platform 

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund. 

5. Educational Purpose & Risk Notice 

All content, alerts, and materials are for educational purposes only. 

You understand and agree that: 

  • trading involves risk 

  • past performance does not guarantee future results 

  • you are solely responsible for your decisions 

  • we do not guarantee accuracy, timing, or outcomes 

  • we are not liable for losses, missed alerts, or market events 

You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on our content. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content provided by The Money Tree Community LLC — including alerts, research, dashboards, videos, text, graphics, and strategy descriptions — is our exclusive property. 

You may not: 

  • copy

  • publish 

  • resell 

  • or create derivative works 

without our written permission. 

7. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access if: 

  • you violate these Terms 

  • you share or misuse content 

  • your payment fails 

  • you engage in abusive or harmful behavior 

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. 

Termination does not entitle you to a refund. 

8. Privacy 

We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that collection and use. 

We do not sell your personal information. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
