Free Trial Terms

These Free Trial Terms apply to the 30‑day free trial (“Free Trial”) offered by The Money Tree Traders Community LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By starting the Free Trial, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Free Trial is available only for Tier 1.

  • The Free Trial may be used once per person.

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited.

2. Billing Information Required

To begin the Free Trial, you must enter valid billing information. You will not be charged during the 30‑day trial period.

3. Automatic Conversion

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid Tier 1 subscription at the posted rate.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

4. Trial Access & Limitations

During the Free Trial:

  • Access may be limited compared to paid tiers.

  • Content and alerts are provided as‑is, with no guarantees of timing, delivery, or performance.

  • You may not:

    • Share alerts or content

    • Attempt to bypass restrictions

    • Access paid features not included in the trial

Violations may result in immediate termination of trial access.

5. No Refunds

The Free Trial is free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and a charge occurs, no refunds are provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Missed alerts

  • Delays in delivery

  • Platform issues

  • Any decisions you make based on trial content

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time during the 30‑day trial through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Free Trial Terms at any time. Continued use of the Free Trial after changes means you accept the updated terms.
