This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for memberships, free trials, and related services offered by The Money Tree Community LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All membership payments are non‑refundable, including:
monthly memberships
annual memberships
renewals
partial months
unused time
missed alerts
member inactivity
failure to cancel before renewal
We do not offer refunds for any reason unless required by law.
2. Free Trial Refunds
The Free Trial is designed to allow you to evaluate the Services before being charged.
If you cancel before the 30‑day Free Trial ends, you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will convert to a paid plan and no refunds will be issued for that charge.
3. Automatic Renewals
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Charges that occur due to failure to cancel on time are not refundable.
We do not issue refunds for accidental renewals or forgotten cancellations.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error:

We will review the issue and correct any confirmed billing mistakes.
Corrections, if approved, may be issued as a credit rather than a refund.
5. Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
Your membership may be suspended or terminated.
We reserve the right to contest invalid disputes with documentation.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing.
It does not trigger a refund for past charges.
Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless you choose to end it immediately.
